Un poco de historia laboral



I define myself as a person who likes the study dedicated to review of theoretical aspects of interest related to the self, evolutionary processes, middle adulthood (middle life) and issues related to personal growth. With great respect for nature, considering it something important and essential in the daily life of each person.

I believe that learning is constantly acquired and is not enough to settle for what provided by culture and society. At the social level there are performances, perceptions and views related to suffering, apathy, poverty and intimidation towards knowledge itself. With an attitude of listening should know and take into account other cultures, taking into account their symbols, language; getting other forms of thoughts.

My work experience has been mediated by the public sector and private sector.
The greatest interest has focused on building and address issues of personal growth reflected in the portfolio "self-management"; this portfolio stems from a research called "the crisis of middle life with people 30 to 60 years from the transpersonal psychology in the city of Medellin."

In 2006 a conference called "The crisis of middle life" at the closing with the Secretariat of the woman mayor of Medellin with more than 500 people was made in the Nutibara hotel. From that moment, it has provided advice, reflective workshops, lectures and conferences on topics of personal growth different.

In 2008 the Corporation visit Eafit Friends University, where different concepts are discussed and the name fits through interventions and constructions with members of the Corporation.

In the public sector I have worked with different approaches issues from the education, health sector approach and psychosocial approach and organizational approach. Some of the topics discussed were related to: mental health, psychoactive substances, suicide, schools for parents, elaboration and implementation of proposed AD / HD, including in the education sector, as well as working with groups and social organizations in which social cohesion, joint events and organizational formation is promoted.

One of the objectives within the master's degree in psychology has been to acquire knowledge about some theories that deepen of academic and research form subjects related to my work and personal approach (middle adulthood, midlife, psyche and self).

Fields of action to develop are related to different groups and sectors of the private and public sector. Through training seminars, conferences, workshops and reflective opening it opens few topics covered in the social environment.

One of the scopes and fields at the professional level is the adaptation and explanation of some concepts that have so far been poorly displayed or served, within these related to individuation processes are, the self, changes or features developed in adulthood intermediate or mid-life. At this stage elements that need to restructure, as theories, thoughts and contexts emerge personal and social level. Based society through their cultures and focus on the importance of media in earlier ages as adolescence and youth; dismissing roleplaying, knowledge and learning in other areas or stages of life; in the social environment are arguments and colloquialisms minimizing or excluding taunting age.

Understanding, recognizing and accepting yourself generates transcendence in the person, understanding and developing values and attitudes towards a community. When a person knows himself, he knows of his history, his origin, identifies ailments, personal pain, known for his sense what can affecthim, and appropriates empowers your his language. The actions and interests will not be mediated otherwise but for its acceptance, knowledge and experience of herself and the relationship with others.
